Masood Law is a boutique multi-disciplinary federal practice focused on helping individuals and businesses navigate complex legal matters across the United States. We provide representation in federal legal areas, including federal employment law, regulatory compliance, consumer protection, and immigration referrals.
While our office is located in Delaware, our practice is limited to matters governed by federal law. We do not provide legal advice on Delaware state law unless co-counsel is engaged.
Zuneera Masood, Esq. is admitted to practice in federal courts and jurisdictions outside Delaware. She is not currently admitted to the Delaware Bar and does not represent clients in Delaware state courts.

At the helm of Masood Law is Zuneera Masood, Esq., a former Deputy Attorney General and seasoned federal litigator. She brings over a decade of experience in high-stakes legal matters, along with a profound commitment to justice, equity, and ethical lawyering. As the first Muslim woman of Pakistani descent to own a law firm based in Delaware, Ms. Masood is a trailblazer in the legal profession championing a more inclusive, client-centered model of advocacy.
From representing whistleblowers and defending civil liberties, to advising startups and regulated entities on compliance and risk, Masood Law blends elite legal expertise with an unwavering drive to make a difference.
