Zuneera Masood is the Founder & Principal Attorney at Masood Law, and is licensed to practice law in North Dakota. Zuneera practices in a variety of areas such as Federal Regulatory Compliance, Consumer Protection, and Employment Law. Miss Masood also provides pre-litigation support, and provides General Counsel services to businesses looking to manage legal risks and obligations. Zuneera is also a Professor at Wilmington University where she teaches courses such as Cyber Law. Zuneera has a diverse spectrum of experiences that informs her work as a legal professional.
Prior to establishing the Masood Law offices, Zuneera served as Deputy Attorney General in the Delaware Department of Justice serving in the Misdemeanor Trial Unit in the Criminal Division and completed her time in the Investor Protection Unit in the Fraud & Consumer Protection Division. Thereafter, Zuneera was In-House Counsel at a bank fintech company handling a variety of matters from regulatory issues, compliance, and managing all of the litigation.
Zuneera earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Illinois College of Law and her undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware. She also completed two certifications, one in International Human Rights and one in Trial Advocacy. Zuneera serves clients in English and Urdu. Her most important job is being mother to her beautiful daughters and enjoys growing her event decor and design company in her free time.
